Define the service boundary before the keyword list
Document where each service can be delivered and which conditions change that answer. Travel charges, minimum job size, scheduling windows and building access may affect fit. A customer in Burnaby and one across a municipal boundary may need the same service page if the offer and process are identical.
Let the job shape the page
A useful service page explains the problem handled, the type of property or customer it suits, what is included and what happens next. Location context earns its place when it changes the decision. For example, an illustrative building-maintenance page might explain how a site contact arranges entry and how multi-unit work is scoped, rather than repeating a city name.
Use dedicated area pages only when they add something
A separate page needs more than a new heading and city name. Distinct project evidence used with permission, genuine operational differences or specific customer questions may justify it. Otherwise consolidate the information into a clear coverage page. A modest set of useful pages is preferable to a maze of near-identical destinations.
Qualify the enquiry before it becomes wasted time
Ask which service is needed, the general area and the nature of the job. Explain that availability must be confirmed. Keep personal details to what is needed for the response and avoid collecting sensitive customer records. Review which enquiries were out of area or outside scope, then correct ambiguous page copy.
