Start with the questions behind a decision
Write down the questions customers ask about fit, scope, timing, access and limitations. Give the short answer first, then explain the conditions that change it. Use ordinary headings and visible text. A useful answer should make sense to a reader who arrives directly on that page.
Keep the business identity consistent
Choose one approved record for the operating name, website, genuine locations and service facts. Distinguish a branch from a delivery area, and a current offer from a future plan. Add structured data only when it describes visible, verified information. Do not fill missing fields with invented addresses, ratings or credentials.
Treat AI discovery as an extension of useful search content
Google says established SEO practices also apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode, with no special additional requirements. Inclusion is not guaranteed. Our practical scope is to improve the underlying answers, sources, links and technical accessibility, then document what can actually be observed.
Measure observations without turning them into promises
Record the question, tool, date and relevant context when checking an AI answer. Separate whether the business was mentioned, linked or accurately described. A single test is an observation, not a stable ranking. Combine those notes with permitted search data and real outcomes; label missing attribution honestly.
